‘One visit-One fix’

We promote ‘One visit-One fix’ site visits. This means that during our maintenance visits, should we uncover or find issues that require remedial repairs that can be rectified during this scheduled visit then we will endeavour to do so. Examples of this are replacing failed fuses, lamps, lifting shackles or chains, level control floats. The value of these additional works will be chargeable. However the value threshold of these additional works will be agreed when determining a maintenance contract tailored to your requirements. This saves you money on any potential subsequent site visit to rectify what we could have done during our maintenance service visit. So, you can enjoy a reduced cost and the assurance that your system is fully functional.

Each visit will be planned in advance and arranged at your convenience, making it easy to do business with us.

Service Reporting

A thorough, in depth report will be provided following our site attendance. Our report will detail our findings, recommendations and cover all of the criteria, as identified in our schedule of works (Major Service / Minor Service).
